Patrick joined us late 2020 but brings with him a wealth of experience from within the industry, having worked for well know branded manufacturers. His knowledge of working with architects and designers at the start of a project reduces the risks and resolves any issues at the design stage.

Jo not only manages the contracts but the rest of the team. Jo and I have worked together since 2003, she’s the key to the service we provide, is a close link between our suppliers and the relationship we have with our clients. Her product knowledge and experience in managing our suppliers is truly a gift. Jo’s ability to understand the customers needs and meet their requirements with positive solutions is why she is well respected by myself, the team and our clients.

Jordan Bell – Contracts Manager

Jordan works along side Jo & Lee and is our man on the front line. Being on site and there for the customer, the commitment to each clients requirements is a major part of his dedication to his role within the team. Jordan has recently completed his journey to becoming a fully qualified Architectural Ironmonger, something that takes time and dedication to achieve, along with three years of studying, not an easy thing to do when you have a young family! We’re really proud of his achievements, investing in our team is a big part of our ethos.
